Effective date: 20 September 2025
Kallpa Miami (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we (do not) collect, how we use information you choose to share, and your choices. This site is intended for a general audience.
1) What we collect (currently: almost nothing)
We do not use cookies or analytics tools at this time. We do not have active comments or posts that capture personal data.
The only personal data we may receive is what you send through our contact form or by email (e.g., name, email address, message, and any information you include).
2) How we use your information
- Purpose-limited use: Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to deliver the engagement you requested.
- No sale or sharing: We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- Marketing communications: We may keep your contact details to share relevant updates about our services. You can opt out anytime by emailing
- Network/technical logs: We do not actively record visitor network data. If regulations or security requirements oblige temporary logs (e.g., IP for legal compliance or abuse prevention), those logs are not used for profiling and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
3) Legal bases (for EU/UK/Swiss visitors)
Where applicable, we rely on: (i) consent (when you submit the form), (ii) legitimate interests (responding to your inquiry and maintaining our relationship), and (iii) legal obligations (compliance and record-keeping).
4) Third-party tools & WordPress plugins
Our website runs on WordPress and may include plugins or embedded tools operated by third parties, each with their own privacy and security practices. We do not control how those providers collect or process data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kallpa Miami is not responsible or liable for any collection, use, disclosure, security incident, or data breach arising from third-party plugins, embedded services, themes, hosting platforms, or related providers. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party tools you interact with.
(Note: We do not intentionally enable plugins that collect personal data. If we add or change plugins or enable cookies in the future, this Policy will be updated.)
5) Service providers
If needed to operate the site or process your inquiry (e.g., website hosting or email delivery), we may use service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
6) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for unauthorized access or breaches beyond our reasonable control. By using the contact form, you acknowledge this risk.
7) Retention
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain our relationship, meet legal requirements, and manage opt-out preferences. You can request deletion (see Section 9).
8) Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9) Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to marketing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or opt out of communications, email us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
10) International transfers
If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. We take reasonable steps to protect data during any such transfers consistent with applicable law.
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will indicate the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
12) 3rd party apps
Kallpa Miami uses WordPress and may rely on third-party plugins or embedded services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Kallpa Miami does not control and is not responsible or liable for any data collection, processing, misuse, or security incidents arising from such third-party components, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
